ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES, MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES (AESMT’21)

MANDATORY  LAYOUT  OF REPORTS

The text of the report must be in a volume from 6 to 8 printed pages, formatted in accordance with the requirements. Each report must contain: title, authors, address for correspondence, abstract, keywords, full text of the report with inline in the text figures, tables and formulas, according to the  instructions, conclusions and references. Use the Template presented in the conference Web site to create an Abstract and Manuscript. Open the template file, select the sample title and type over your title, thus the font and size shall be preserved in exact accordance with the layout requirements. The same procedure applies to the authors' names, their e-mail and institution as well of the text in the body, conclusions and references. The text should be typed on A4 format paper using Times New Roman.

Reports not complying with the mandatory layout or not received by the specified deadline shall not undergo reviewing and publishing.

Although the journals possess Impact factor, not all articles will be published after the peer-review done (generally the acceptance of submitted articles is about 27% and 76%). That is why the authors are invited to send another article which will be published in the "Proceedings of short papers of the Third Int. Scientific Conference "Alternative Energy Sources, Materials &Technologies (AESMT’21), ISSN 2603-364X" before the conference start. Just after the conference finish we shall apply with the proceedings for registration in SCOPUS and Web of Science.

If your article will not be accepted for publication in the journal, then you will have a publication of your short paper in the Proceeding of the conference. If the main article is published in the journal, then you will have TWO published articles (one main article in the journal and a short paper in the Proceedings). That is why we recommend you to do the following for preparation of the short paper:

  - open the template file and read the instructions to create a manuscript: ATTENTION - the article must be NOT longer than TWO pages;
  - the title MUST be similar, but different enough from the main paper;
  - most of the pictures MUST be different;
  - the short paper must be similar, but different enough from the main paper (thus the future self plagiarism will be avoided);
  - send me the article not later than April 30  2021.

LANGUAGE: The official language of the conference will be English. All the papers should be sent in English.

Companies and organizations, wishing to participate in the conference must make a request to the organizing committee to 30.04.2021 year. Allowed to participate with a report, a presentation, a poster, an exhibition and/or the inclusion of advertising materials (up to half page) in the printed materials of the conference. The fee for company participation is 330 euros.
