December 30, 2017 – Notification of the applicant for acceptance of the abstracts

February 15, 2018 – Forwarding the entire report complying with the requirements

April 30, 2018 – Appearance of the final Conference program

PARTICIPATION FEE

(including reports proceeding, conference matter, coffee-breaks, official dinner)

  - academics: Euro 300;

  - regular students, regular PhD students: Euro 150;

  - each additional report (second, third etc.): Euro 150;

  - accompanying person (without report): Euro 200;

- company participation: Euro 300.
